Most people start out on the journey to getting ripped with good intentions. The only thing that stops them achieving that coveted six-pack is a loss of motivation. So I’m going to tell you what I did back in the day to stay on the road to success.
And with today’s technology, it’s even easier!
I used to print pics from the web and keep them in my office and home gym. These pics were of the kind of physiques I wanted to replicate. In today’s world, you should save pics to your phone from inspirational people on instagram, facebook and so on.
But that’s not it. It’s not that I was just looking at these pics; every time I felt de-motivated, tired, craving foods I shouldn’t eat, or not feeling like working out, I would remind myself…
All these guys went through the same stuff. They trained when they were hungry. They persisted when tempted to eat fast food or sweets. And they kept going week after week with their eyes on the prize.
I think that’s the big problem. Most people look at these guys or girls and assume there’s just something special about them. Sure, some have good genetics, but some don’t.
What they ALL have in common, though, is that unbreakable mindset of never never giving up. Just keep going. Even during those times when results slow down. So long as they are moving forward, they WILL reach their destination…and so will you.

So, as stated above, save pics on your phone from inspirational people on instagram, facebook and so on. Look at these pics every day and remember that there is nothing special about these guys. They (me included) went through the same stuff you are going through in order to get the body they wanted. You are in GREAT company.
