Hopefully within the next few days MuscleHack will be undergoing a face lift.
A kind reader has agreed to design a new Wordpress theme for me!
It won’t look drastically different but it should improve functionality and look a little better.
If you have any suggestions for the new theme, get them in now before it’s too late!
I’ll also be switching web hosts this week which will take a little time. There will therefore be no in-depth articles published until next Monday 10th November, although I may make some small posts in the meantime.
Go check out the forum. Here’s an easy high protein salad from Andrew for example.
Thanks for being a regular reader of my work, I appreciate it! Things just keep getting better and better!

P.S. - If you notice weird changes over the coming days, it’s just me testing out the new theme and trying some things out - take no notice ![]()

Some personal suggestions:
orange or light blue fit perfectly with grey.
- Love the grey lined background. Please do keep it.
- Also keep the sidebars at the right side of the screen. You could get’em a bit thinner still (35%?) and put less info overthere (overcrowded, many readers will finnally ignore it).
- Put the feedburner logo somewhere else, its just visually annoying and old.
- But do change the yellow of the header, too old..
- Some modern menu buttons would be welcome
-Your pic could be bigger, and your website logo too.
- The typography of at least your posts titles could be more actual/smart looking with an 100% non aliased letter scheme.
Hope some of these will help!
Keep it up Marc!

Thanks for your input G.
Some of those recommendations are already in place.
I like the one about the title text too, thanks.

Mark McManus
Arn, head over to the forum to discuss this. How do you know it’s the diet? Are you eating enough? Use this thread http://www.bodybuildingforum.ie/diet/
Cheers,
Mark
