		<description>The pancakes are great, but they carry a whopping 78 gms of fat and 909 calories for only 20-24 gms of protein if you count all of it as one serving. I was just wondering what your thoughts were on a lower fat version of this recipe?</description>

		<description>I made these and they were really good. I also added  scoop of chocolate protein powder to the last half they were really good, especially considering each pancake has like 3 carbs and 9 grams of protein.</description>
