result was a creamy, tasty cheesecake like concotion.

I was only planning to have this before bed. Now I&#039;m taking it twice because it is so easy to prepare and tastes so darn good.

just remember to use a big bowl to mix the yougurt and powder, otherwise you might get powder all over the place.

The point is that you should get your protein from food and leave the whey for post-workout when a rise in insulin isn&#039;t a bad thing.
Casein is slower-digesting and would be good at night but I still prefer food.

However, I would like to mention how dissapointed I was with this protein snack.
