    You caught my attention with that tasty looking shake, then what did you go and do !!(not even any splender) A true professional egg cracker ;0)

    Eww…drinking raw eggs? 20 grams of protein is really no big deal, and I much rather get it from a yummy protein shake (which gives me 27 grams at 110 cals). I got 71 grams of protein this morning form breakfast by whisking together albacore tuna, two hard boiled eggs, a tomato, and a bit of low fat mayo, washing it all down with a glass of milk (http://www.thedailyplate.com/diary/who/cq000). Nice site though!

    I thought this would be disgusting …. Really was bad at all. After 2-3 I am use to the flavor and kinda enjoy it. I think this is better than whey, since the egg and cream are in closer to natural state. I did try adding a half scoop of chocolate whey. Tasted even better. The whey clumps up, so it requires some chewing, but it kinda reminded me of a banana and chocolate shake.

    Just add some rum, brandy and splenda and you have yourself some INSTANT EGGNOG!!

    Now *that* is dieting I can get behind! ;)
