I have been doing a lot of reading on studies and fatloss lately. One good site to get real good info is proteinpower.com. I have nothing to do with them. Mainly, cut the carbs big time (don&#039;t eat cereal/granola anymore, ever. Eat more protein and don&#039;t worry about the fat too much. What is killing your fatloss is your carb consumption. The lower the insulin, the more you can draw from your fat reserves. How to get low insulin? Keep your blood sugar low. How you do this? Cut your carbs, big time. You don&#039;t have to believe me, do some reading on the Paleo diet, the Warrior diet, the ProteinPower diet and related material. There is major stuff ot be learned in there.]]></description>

I REALLY need your help. Here is my workout and exercise routine. 

Breakfast - Cereal or Granola - Low fat and Sugar
Lunch (main meal) - Green Veg and chicken or fish even pork chop.
Tea - Usually just some lean protein.
I get about 70 to 80 grams of protein a day.

Workout 7 times a week. 
I&#039;m in the gym doing half hour running on treadmill then bike. Then weights or I&#039;ll go running instead of gym cardio.
I go to three hour long session of martial arts twice a week.I drink a LOAD of green tea.
I&#039;m 7 Stone and a Half and 5&#039;7 female.
I&#039;ve not bad muscle in my arms and legs. Im fit and strong but for a really annoying reason I can&#039;t get rid of this darn belly fat of mine.

@ Rob. Being able to see your six pack involves getting below 10% body fat. Losing 7% equates to different amounts depending on your current weight, 7% of 140 is a lot less than 7% of 220 so it really depends on how many pounds of fat that 7%  comes to.
