@ Dave.
There's a lot more other people like us out there as well, they just don't have access to correct information unfortunately.
@ Rob. Being able to see your six pack involves getting below 10% body fat. Losing 7% equates to different amounts depending on your current weight, 7% of 140 is a lot less than 7% of 220 so it really depends on how many pounds of fat that 7% comes to.
Thanks,
Mark

Mark,

What's a realistic time-frame for losing 7% body fat on the "Total Six Pack Abs" plan?

dude, thank you. i was lifting for about 6 years, screwed up my elbow and am just returning...had the same issue. got really lean, stabilized around 150 pounds at 5.7" and could never really get the abs without dropping muscle to around 144 which pissed me off...i'd bulk up to 160, get the fat, then strip down but back to 144ish and would lose the muscle.over and over for 6 years. i'm gonna try this diet and rotate the sets and see how it shakes out...btw, i love your blog! would you please do me and others a HUGe favor and since you're using feedburner, would you stick up that "get new posts by email" widget? i'd love to get these all by email instead of just rss...thanks in advance.

Hi Jexxer,
Yes it's an ebook, available for immediate download. You can always print off hard copies too of course.
Cheers,
Mark

Funny thing is right now I'm actually 160 pounds and have over 15% body fat. I've been trying to get rid of this terrible fat around my belly for 2 years now ever since I started working out. The book really does look promising and I probably will buy it. Just one quick question, is this an e-book or an actual hardback book?
