mark,

GREAT suggestion here! so easy and takes all the technical crap out of the way so within minutes you are creating and watching a high quality output of all your images and affirmations. thank you for streamlining the process and making it so easy to be watching our mind movies

Mark,
Thanks for the great post!

You can use both present and future tense. It is all in how you word it. I prefer present tense myself. However, I think it is more important to try to phrase things in the positive, or as in taking a positive action.
Here are the kinds of things I like to use:
"I am lean, healthy, and fit."
"I am becoming leaner, healthier, and more fit every day."
"I eat good, clean, healthy food."
"I eat properly every day, always work hard in the gym, and get plenty of rest every night."
"My body is strong and getting stronger with every workout."
"Every day I am taking the proper steps to achieve my goal"

It is also good to have some specific goals down too (actually a must IMO), such as:
"On September 5th, 2008 I will weigh 220 pounds at 8% body fat"
"On September 5th, 2008 I will bench press 400 pounds."

Best wishes,
Mark

Hi ZenLC,
Yeah there's conflicting advice and I hear different things from different people.
When I visualize, I do it in the present tense. I'm conditioning myself to believe this as a present reality, in my mind it's real.
For written goals, I think the subconscious BS meter can go into overdrive for some people when written in the present tense. A goal written with a future date that states some action towards that goal is very effective, think Napoleon Hill's 'Definite Chief Aim.'
Thanks for your input,
Mark
