monthmass My Online Personal Training Program, ‘A Month Of Mass’ starts tomorrow, Monday February 1st.

Apart from the regular equipment like barbell and dumbbells, it would help if you have access to a machine with a floor pulley. You should also have a straight-bar attachment for this pulley and also a single-hand attachment (sometimes called a stirrup attachment). A pec deck would also be optimal, but not mandatory.

Hi Mark!
I guess I’ll wait for your next session… I still have some fat to lose right now.
I just want to know : does it worth it, considering i play ice hockey a lot? (from 4 to 9 hours a week)….and I also practice some climbing (but I’m just a beginner…)

Hey Mark. I’m sure this program will be quality, just like the rest of your info, however as I’m 1/2 way through my 1st THT/MANS cycle, I’d like to see this through to the full 10 weeks before switching programs. Should be keen for round 2 though! Look forward to hearing the results…

I’d really love to sign up to this since I was a part of the Arms Blast Experiment as well. It’s just a huge shame that I’ll be travelling a bit this month so I wouldn’t be able to dedicate to it. (It’s definitely a reasonable price though – £16.25 a week. Most basic personal trainers charge over £25 an hour and give you minimal/poor advice!)
Maybe next time.

Mark, what i wanted to know is if that’s ok to subscribe to your program whereas i’m on ice playing hockey at least 4 hours a week. I was wondering because you’ve already made your point against cardio!
By the way I’m cutting at the moment, so that would be for another time unfortunately….

I’m excited to see the results of this month-long experiment! I was part of the Arms Blast experiment back in Nov. and gained close to one inch (both arms combined), in the one week so I know your processes work! Unfortunately I can’t participate in this one this month as I have entered a contest to cut fat for the next 12 weeks, but I know your students will be extatic with the results they’ll see at the end of February! Keep it up, Mark! You’re a great encouragement!
