					<description><![CDATA[I really like your approach to this, but an apology is not needed. We all get wrapped up in these certain things and it&#039;s easy to get distracted. I have a few suggestions as to adding to the site, some you already mentioned.

Add a food/supplement section with tips on healthy eating for muscle and losing/gaining weight. 
Add an Exercise/fitness section that will focus on weight lifting, cardio, and other things like gym equipment as well.
Add a section for motivation/personal development/improving your life

I also noticed that some of the boxes on the right side don&#039;t really do anything/kind of useless. It would help free up the clutter on the mainpage and it will load a lot faster as well.]]></description>
