I’m VERY interested in doing this program in future. How does one re-set their metabolism? Aside from a rare cheat, I’ve been restricting carbs to about 100-200 day for months but otherwise don’t limit calorie intake. I’d like to be primed in future for your program- so please let me know!

Tried to access the Jacked ‘N’ Ripped literature along with the bigger arms and sculpted abs programs ,but it said that i wes already a member so know how do I get the info.

How long time is needed for the JnR Program? (how many weeks or so) I couldn’t read it anywhere and want to start with it from Febr. 2013. Will then be a new session? Anthony. The next JnR intake is scheduled for Monday 19th November 2012. After that it will be January 2013, then March 2013 after that.

Hi Mark, I got this program back when it first came out. Still haven’t given it a try but now I am ready and I have all the information but the only thing that doesn’t seem to work on my end is the calculator which I downloaded. It worked when I first got the program but since then, my computer crashed and brought a new one. I am now running on Windows 8 and maybe this is the issue. Any help. Thanks, I’m glad the post you put out a few days back was only an April fouls joke!

I am on week 8 of THT training. I have stuck to the routine perfectly besides missing two leg days and I swapped cable preacher curls for machine preacher curls (I don’t have a way to do cable preacher curls at my gym). My strength gains go up every week. At first they went up fast, they have recently slowed. However each week I go in I increase my weight or reps for most exercises. My problem is I am not looking any bigger. In fact I look a little smaller. I weigh my self each week and the scale goes either up a pound or down a pound or so. I am on the MANS diet also so I understand the water fluctuation. But I have been at 160 lbs for almost a year now and I have been unsuccessful with busting out of this plateau. I need some help and fast. Summer is coming and I don’t want to do the TSPA program (which I have already purchased) until I feel comfortable with my muscle gain.
