One of my favourite parts is when he is talking about going to failure and debunking the “Total Volume” argument. He says…
“If you think that the 1st rep of a set to failure is equal in effectiveness to the last rep of a set to failure, you’re either so dumb that you don’t deserve my presence, or you’ve just got something really wrong with you”. Ouch! Harsh on those volume guys.
I don’t agree with everything in here, but it’s still full of valuable info that I’m sure you will benfit from.
