Great results! Congratulations to Gabriel!

---
And about the new study; the first thing that bothers me, is that all three groups were advised to basically eat a vegetarian food with possibly a little fish and poultry. Even in the so called "lowcarb" group "the participants were counseled to choose vegetarian sources of fat and protein". And then just after that is says that "the diet was based on the Atkins diet". Like WTF? And to make matters worse; the participants in the "lowcarb" group were getting 40% of their calories from CH (which can hardly be called "lowcarb") as opposed to 50% form the other two diet groups. I won't even bother to comment on the co called Mediterranean diet...
Well at at last they gave a somewhat positive general message to the public; lowfat isn't beneficial, neither to health nor weight loss/maintenance.

Anyone interesting in reading the whole thing; here's the link: http://content.nejm.org/cgi/content/full/359/3/229
