A TV show that promotes a low-carb diet?
I never thought I’d see the day!
Well a new Canadian show called ‘My Big Fat Diet‘ does just that.
The show is set in Alert Bay area of British Columbia in Canada. The hypothesis is:
The ancestors had it right. A high fat, low carb diet is healthy and keeps you lean.
The show follows these people for a year to find out the results. Check out these clips from the show, I can’t wait to see more!
