When I started this MuscleHack project, I never for a second considered failure. I also didn’t take “no” for an answer when I decided I was going to transform my body. It was going to happen…and it didn’t matter how long it was going to take.

I acted from the premise that I had already been guaranteed success and let that powerful mindset guide all my thoughts and actions.
