Hey guys. I just quickly wanted to share some recent feedback with y’all to help light a fire under you!

Here is another little piece of feedback from facebook. Joey is averaging 1lb muscle per month. Since we are told to expect a max of 3-5lbs of pure muscle gains in a year by the orthodoxy, 12lbs would represent about x 3 times the results that other lifters are achieving.
