Well, how was your Christmas?
Did you indulge in too many roast potatoes, peas, gravy, chocolates and ice cream??
I must admit I had a few of the above as well.
As you know from the MuscleHack Anabolic Nutrition Strategy (MANS) I have a weekly carb-up period but I really went for it yesterday. It’s fine though, I’m back on the low carb wagon again and all those carbs have served to replenish depleted muscle glycogen stores and not the laying down of fat. ![]()
