@flabcannon. It's not released yet. It will be out next week.
@Andras. You're probably working your abs too often. They need to recover and grow like any other muscle. 2 or 3 intense workouts is more than enough.
Thanks Conor and BMFG.

What a neat creation. Will give it a try - need to go measure my neck and hips! Also, thanks for sharing the html to put on our websites. I might take you up on that, leaving, of course, all your links, etc. intact. It's much appreciated and I think worth sharing with others!

By the way, I read your article: How Building Muscle Is Like Taking Out a Loan. It's a great explanation. I am a woman and recently became very interested in muscle growth. That's because I work out with Kettlebells and just started learning, from bits and pieces on the internet, about the great importance of diet and how you do your workouts and how important it is to make your workouts count so you don't LOSE muscle instead of gaining muscle! Your article helps me explain what I do and why I do it to those who wonder why I put emphasis on muscle growth. Thanks!

@Mark. Thank you. I do the abs training 3-4 times a week, and im sure i have abs, but i just can't see them yet. Maybe the caliper method is wrong, and im around 11% in reality. I will not give up tho.

Hi Mark - I noticed that you said TSPA 2 is free for those who purchased the previous version. I did, but I don't know how to download the new version. How do I go about doing this?

Thanks.

@Ian. Use calipers. Also, at worst your 17 days away if you diet correctly so it could be correct. Even 2 pounds of fat can severely cover up a nice six-pack.
@Andras. Congrats on the TSPA success. Are you training your abs as outlined in the program? They will build like any other muscle.
Yes you get the new version free. :)

Hi! My best case is -1 weeks :)
I'm already at 9%, but i can hardly see the six pack, but i know its there :)
Maybe my barrier is 8%, i dont know. I started TPSA two moths ago, i got here from 15%, it is a very good reasult i think.
But know i'm stuck a bit.

Is it worth to buy the new tpsa as well? Is there an upgrade option for us who bought the old book? ;)

I got -1.5 and worst case of -2.5 but still don't have a six pack. I'm pretty sure my body fat is right because I measure it on a machine with electric pads. Does this mean I'm close but just need to build the muscle more?
