    I don’t think you actually receive a password when you subscribe tot the mail list.

    The only mail you get is a mail asking you to confirm the subscription, there’s no password to be found in the mail or anywhere else that I can see.

    Hi Mark, David here again…

    Well i started yesterday the THT program… wow, what a killer legs routine!!!!

    After reading your book, i ended up with two questions:

    1. From what i understood, MANS diet will help me lose fat (cutting) and gaining muscle (hypertrophy), am I right?

    2. What about my cardio sessions? I did normal 45 mins. cardio yesterday ‘cuz my legs were soooooo tires that i was afraid of overtraining them with HIIT. So, when should i do cardio sessions, and what type of cardio? I’m used to do 3 sessions of HIIT a week, plus 3 sessions of 45 mins. steady-pace cardio.

    Hi Mark,

    I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the work you have done here.

    I came across your program way back in June (http://www.musclehack.com/how-to-build-muscle-mass-fast-complete-guide/#comment-5573).

    Good thing I did! I ditched the advise my trainers in the gym had given (full-body workout, 3x aweek) and used your program right away.

    And that was a decision I never regretted! All the thanks to you!

    I am now seeing great results and more motivated than ever to continue the workout! Everyone at work is amazed how fast I bulked-up. Plus the chicks are piling up, if you know what i mean… ;)

    Next week, I will be on your THT program plus I will be incorporating cardio into it as I haven’t really been seeing a clear definition of my abs although I can feel them there already.

    My plan is to do 20-mins of HIIT cardio (5 minutes warm-up + 10 minustes of 1-min-sprint/2-min-jog + 5 minutes coll down) on days 2, 3 and 4 (i.e. on the upper body workout days).

    I plan to do this after lifting weights. Would this be a good plan? What do you think? I would really appreciate your thoughts on this.

    This happens when someone signs up for the book then marks following emails from MuscleHack as spam. The system will then stop sending these emails and not allow you to submit the address again.
    You’ll have to use a new email or allow emails from MuscleHack.com.
    I plan on using the email list for a weekly newsletter from now on, not for website updates. The newsletter will be exclusive content, so you’ll want to stay on the list.
