There&#039;s no reason to come off it either. This diet is  more natural than the one your carb loving friends are on. However, if you really wanted to, see my GLAD diet for a smooth transition.

		<description>Julie, I would definitely recommend a controlled carb approach. Also, you should look up hiit training for your cardio. This combination is the best for melting stubborn fat.  Not to sound like a sales pitch, but my book lays out in detail the full approach.
