		<description>It may sound ideal, but have you considered the downsides of zero-calorie sweeteners, even natural? Sweetness is strongly associated with sugar in our bodies, and while Stevia may be a natural substance, we may not have evolved to react to it differently than to sugar. If so, natural or not, it may not be beneficial to either health or body composition to use zero-calorie sweeteners. See this paper:
