One of my issues is that when I begin to lower carb intake I tend to get migraines.  I have tried to research this but I could not find a lot out there on it.  I am really intrigued by your diet plans but after a few migraines I do what I can to avoid them.  Any ideas?

I followed TSPA pretty closely, but...I realized later that I was using an older version of the book and you actually recommended some sort of higher carb cycle in the newer version, but for the most part, I would say I followed the ideology taught in TSPA.]]></description>
