Day 2 of how to eat M.A.N.S. style.
Breakfast
- 5 eggs scrambled with cream
- Coffee with cream
Break
- Go-Lower Bar
- Low-Carb Chicken Tika & Cheese wrap
Lunch
- Peperami Bar
- Chicken Tika Wrap
- Cheese Cubes
- Coffee and Cream
4.30pm Main Meal
- Broccoli, Cabbage & Pork Fillet.
- Ranch Dressing
- Post-Workout Shake
Snack
- Peperami bar (can’t get enough of these)
- Cheese cubes
Supper
- Pizza made with low carb tortilla as the base - Delicious (didn’t use any pizza sauce)
- Chicken Tika
- Cheese
- Peperoni
Quite a cheesy day.

Hey Mark, on your low carb Pizza the article seems a bit messed up. It says you didnt use any P and just stops. Just wondering what you meant there. Thanks.

Chas, it’s ‘Pizza Sauce’ - This little article is old and not that good to be honest. I think I’ll re-do this ‘food journal’ idea again soon.
