5 eggs scrambled with cream (same every day almost)
Coffee with cream
Break
Tuna & Cheese Low Carb Wrap
Lunch
Chicken Salad with Mayo
Main Meal
steak with ranch dressing & celeriac fries

40 grams Whey Protein Isolate
5 grams creatine
5 grams L-Glutamine
Evening Snack
Home-made Protein Pancakes with butter melted on top - (I’ll post this recipe soon or do a youtube video).
I was originally going to post 4 days of food logs but my weekday diet doesn’t vary much so I’ll end it here at day 3. I’m sure you’ve gotten a few ideas of how to live this delicious (and muscle-building) lifestyle.
