Which One of these 3 Weight-Lifting Mistakes do you Make?

Warning! These Videos are not for the squeamish! And don’t laugh!

1. Lifting a weight that’s way too heavy for you!

2. Jerking the weight just before your first rep, what the hell was he thinking?! Notice how after the accident he stays lying on the bench, he must have been thinking, “Dear God, I hope no-one saw that!” - poor soul. Lol, his spotter just watches him struggling!

3. Falling asleep just before a military press. Like I always say guys, get adequate rest, tut tut.

    Christ man that’s some nasty stuff. I’m still recovering from a wrist injury… yep curling too much. Video 1 is just insane to watch.

    Didn’t I warn ye about weights so heavy you can’t exercise good form? Just teasin’ bro. Relax for a week or so and get back at it.
