There’s little-to-no sugar in my diet – unless it’s that one epic cheat meal per week. Yum! 😋
Here are 5 things that will happen to you if you also give up sugar:

Sugar is inflammatory. Inflammation is an acne trigger. One can of soda per day can raise inflammation levels increased 87%.

Sugar consumption can create “fatty liver” which contributes to insulin resistance. Avoid diabetes by avoiding daily sugar intake.
