The best bodies were built back in the 1970’s. The Golden Era bodybuilders, like Arnold Schwarzenegger, ate eggs. Lots of them! And if you’ve read my work, you’ll know I’ve said that eggs are the best “whole food” source of protein.
And whole eggs can build up to 45% more muscle. Here’s Ric Drasin (a bodybuilder from the Golden Era) talking about eggs in the 70’s.
