I could have called this post ‘The 20yr old 50yr old’. This guy is amazing and should his pics should serve as massive inspiration to you!

What age does he look to you?
3 things I know about Tan that contribute to his ageless-ness:
- He eats 6 boiled eggs every day. 2 x whole and 4 x whites (see my post on why you should eat egg yolks)

- He gets enough sleep every night and wakes early every day
My own research into this subject shows that a low-sugar diet (see my Buff Baking protein cookbook), weight training, and meditation can all slow the ageing process. And I do all 3! Do you? ~ Mark McManus 🙂
P.S. Getting lean and having a six-pack all year round will keep you looking youthful!
