In part 2, I’ll list some popular supplements that simply do not work. Please be aware: if a certain product is not found on my “it works” list in section 1, you can assume that it’s bunk and that I personally do not recommend it.
And part 3 is a special on pre-workout supplements. I’ll tell you the best, the worst and the downright dangerous.
All references to scientific studies and tests are located at the back of the book to back up everything I say.
