This is one of my all-time favourite meals when I am cutting.
It is ridiculously easy, high in protein, and contains no carbs or fat whatsoever.
Even better, there are only 2 ingredients:
(1) 2 x egg whites
(2) 1 x tin tuna drained of water/brine
As any of you guys that have experienced my powerful cutting program, Total Six Pack Abs, know – I don’t go low-fat when cutting. TPSA guys and girls can have cheese, bacon, egg yolks, red meat, and all that good stuff.
Heck Brandi McAtee ate Bacon Cheeseburgers on my TSPA plan and came second in her figure competition. She said,
“All the girls backstage were complaining about all the fish and asparagus they’d eaten in the last 6 weeks, and I was bragging about bacon I ate on my bunless cheeseburger, and the cream in my coffee! It was awesome! They were also dragging from the 2-times-a-day cardio sessions, and I was only doing about 12 mins 3 times a week for 2 weeks. AMAZING!!!”
Having said that, as you get near the end of a cut, Calories get lower and “pure protein” meals like this can come in very handy indeed.

So there’s 32.5g protein with 0 fat and 0 carbs.
Salsa is so low in Calories that I don’t even bother counting it towards my daily totals.
